Scara Robot for Ribbon Fusing Machine

EMI has extensive experience creating customized tooling and programing for scara-type robots to feed multiple types of machines. An example is the Scara Robot option for our ribbon fusing machine, which makes the machine fully automatic. Although occasional attention from a material handler is required to keep cardboard magazines loaded, the machine is automatically fed by the scara robot, fusing all four corners of the board and stacking it to a finished product pile. Tulip lights prompt the material handler to load the magazine prior to the machine stopping.
