Part Collating Machine

This machine links directly up to a power press and nests staple strips into each other, stacks the mated strips into stacks of ten, then feeds the stacks into a linear robot which transfers the stacks into a brick of five stacks which are finally pushed into a cardboard package and sealed. Though this machine was designed for staple production, machine can be custom automated to collate, stack and pack any item.
