Scara Robot for Cardboard Box Assembly

This machine is an example of a scara style robot custom-built by EMI.  This design utilizes the robot and vibratory bowls to pick and place valve bodies and other components into a spot welding machine, activate the weld cycle and eject the welded part into a bin while keeping track of good and bad welds and an accurate part count.
